Breakfast Strata (Serves 2-3)

NEW to the Breakfast Menu.  Let's just say this is a great way to get your egg bite in for the day.  Easy for a quick breakfast, or cut into smaller pieces and serve as part of a large brunch menu.  

This product comes cooked and frozen.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat conventional oven 350ºF. Cover with foil and warm in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Or easy to warm in the microwave right from the tray for a few minutes.

INGREDIENTS: Ontario Eggs, 2%Milk, White Bread, Old White Cheddar, Red Bell Peppers, Sautéed Green & White Onion, Canola/Olive Oil Blend, Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper

CHEF'S TIP: This cozy classic is an all in one quick breakfast for home or on the go. If you want to serve this table style, add some greens or fresh fruit.
